Abstract
The actions of terrorists, which often convey threats and fear, raise fundamental questions about the real reasons behind these acts of violence and how terrorism manipulates a person or group so that they can become involved in it. This paper aims to explore ethical values according to Al-kindi through literature analysis. These ethical values are explored to clarify the process of developing extreme terrorist teachings or beliefs so as not to manipulate society in general. This research uses a descriptive analytical approach by examining the works of researchers, journals and primary books. The results reveal the relevance of values in Al-kindi ethics, where these values require us to be aware of our nature as humans. The research results show that applying the concept of "conscious me" will enable us to fend off the virus of terrorism. I who am conscious means I am aware, understand and appreciate my nature as a human being, namely the tendency to do good.
